A 3-MINUTE BREATHING RESET

Sit comfortably, place one hand over your chest, and take five slow breaths in and out.

GROUNDING THROUGH THE FEET

Stand with both feet flat on the floor and notice the feeling of the ground supporting you.

A QUIET PAUSE

Step away from what you're doing for a few minutes. Breathe slowly and allow your body to settle.
